Ace Hotel Toronto brought the beloved boutique brand to Canada in a Shim-Sutcliffe building the design press hasn't stopped photographing since it opened. Weddings run from its lower-level hall up to Evangeline, the rooftop restaurant with skyline views, with guest rooms in between so nobody has to call a car at midnight.
